Payment Process

Last updated: 25 August 2026

1. General Principles

  • Pebbles is a platform connecting Service Users with Service Providers.
  • Users select a service and time and make a booking on the Platform.
  • Users make payment through the payment methods integrated into the Platform and supplied by a licensed intermediary payment provider.
  • A booking transaction is confirmed when the booking request is accepted in accordance with the process in Section III and the payment (where applicable) is successfully recorded on the system.
  • Where the payment transaction is unsuccessful, the booking request is not recorded or may be cancelled in accordance with the system's operating mechanism in force at the time.
  • Pebbles performs supporting functions including: (i) recording transaction information; (ii) managing booking status; (iii) supporting the reconciliation of transaction data.

2. Payment to Service Providers

  • A payment is recorded as eligible for disbursement after the service is confirmed as completed and after a period of up to 03 (three) working days to allow for the handling of complaints and disputes (if any).
  • The actual transfer of funds to the Service Provider is carried out on a periodic payment cycle (for example, 1–2 times per month) in accordance with the operating mechanism of the payment service provider and the policy published by Pebbles from time to time.
  • The payment cycle serves the purposes of: (i) transaction verification; (ii) dispute handling; (iii) securing refunds (if any).

3. Fee and Refund Policy

  • Fees and cancellation and refund conditions are set out in the related policies published on the Platform from time to time.
  • The refund obligation rests with the Service Provider in accordance with its published policy; Pebbles is responsible for supporting the receipt and coordination of refund processing through the system and the intermediary payment service provider.
  • Refunds to Users are made through the intermediary payment service provider in accordance with that provider's procedures, with an expected processing time of 07 to 15 working days (except where a dispute or other issue arises).
  • Where a dispute arises, refund processing is carried out on the basis of: (i) the Service Provider's policy; (ii) the outcome of the dispute handling. Pebbles supports coordination and provides the relevant data.

4. Payment Methods

  1. Pebbles supports various payment methods supplied by licensed intermediary payment providers.
  2. Payment transactions are carried out through the connection between Pebbles' system and the payment service provider's system; Users authenticate the transaction directly on that provider's system.
  3. Pebbles does not provide intermediary payment services and does not store, manage or control Users' payment account information.

5. Transaction Authentication

  1. Users must use a valid payment account to carry out transactions.
  2. Transactions are authenticated using the security mechanisms applied by the payment service provider, including but not limited to passwords, biometric authentication, OTP codes or other valid authentication methods.
  3. Pebbles does not collect or store Users' sensitive authentication information, including but not limited to passwords, OTP codes or bank account details.

In addition:

  • Pebbles will contact the Service Provider to sign a Contract and issue a Service Provider account.
  • Pebbles requires service providers to submit their business licence (business household registration or enterprise registration) together with any conditional business licences, if applicable.
  • Pebbles verifies the accuracy of service provider information at the online lookup address of the Tax Department — Ministry of Finance: https://tracuunnt.gdt.gov.vn/tcnnt/mstdn.jsp

6. MoMo Payment Process

  1. On the checkout page, review the order and select MoMo.
  2. Click Confirm payment.
  3. The system creates the booking and payment and receives a payUrl from MoMo.
  4. The user is automatically redirected to the MoMo payment page (displaying a QR code).
  5. The user scans the QR code and pays using the MoMo app or a banking app.
  6. Once MoMo has processed the payment, the result is returned:
    • Success: the booking success screen is displayed → the user can review the booking details.
    • Failure: the payment failure page is displayed → the user may retry (within the time limit).
